If you ever get the chance to visit The James Beard House for dinner, don’t even think twice, just say YES immediately. No matter who the visiting chef is, you’re sure to have a fabulous and decadent time.

On this particular evening, i was HUMBLED and honored to spend some time in the Kitchen with Chef Adam Keough and the gang from Absinthe in San Francisco. Incredible food that came together like magic, right before my little eyes :)
